Shaking Off The Dust...

Hello everyone! It has been quite a while since I have written anything on here, but I thought that I should change that. The last post that I did was what was going on in my life after six short months of living in Dubuque, IA. Well now it has been a year and five months and a lot has changed in my life. My roommate is still awesome and I love him like a brother. He bought a house back in May and we moved in at the beginning of June. Hot showers are good. The funny thing about the house that he bought, is that it is right across the street from the house that Matthew and his wife bought. I like living right next to my best friend... his wife hates it. I have gone through several jobs since May but I am excited to get back to landscaping at the beginning of next month. I still go to the GAC and I love every minute that I spend with my church family. I was asked to join the leadership team there a couple months ago and it has been the best thing for me. I enjoy serving along side fellow men who love Jesus and want to serve him wholeheartedly. I also was asked to join the teaching team and have given several sermons. It would not have been my first choice but now that I have experienced teaching God's word I truly enjoy it. Enough about all that. I just want to say that I am thankful for all the work that God has done in my life over the past year. I would be lost without Him and everything that I do, I want the glory to be given to Him. So that is what has been going on in my life. Stay tuned for my poems and thoughts.
